Up Close Virtual Session: International & Professional Experiences

Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM until 8:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

The Yale Office of Undergraduate Admissions invites you to participate in a special Up Close Virtual Session on International & Professional Experiences. Regardless of their academic major, financial-aid status, or class year, Yale College students take advantage of countless opportunities to enhance their learning outside the classroom through experiences abroad and with professional organizations across the US.

This special session will feature a panel of current undergraduates who will talk about the opportunities offered by Fellowships and Funding, Study Abroad, the Office of Career Strategy, and Yale Summer Session. Student panelists will discuss how their internships, projects, research, summer study, and study abroad contributed to their personal, professional, and academic goals.

What to know about this special session:

  • As a participant, you will not share your video or audio.
  • After registering, you will be invited to submit 1-2 questions in advance. Presenters will use the advance questions to guide the panel conversations.
  • Participants will be able to submit questions via live Q&A to the student panelists during the session.
  • Registrants will receive a confirmation email with a link to the session and instructions on how to use the tele-conferencing platform Zoom.

Before attending, consider registering separately for a virtual information session to learn more about academic programs, residential life, admissions and financial aid from an admissions officer and current student. For schedules and registration, visit apps.admissions.yale.edu/visit.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
