Group Visit Request Form

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group visit with Yale!

The Visitor Center and Office of Undergraduate Admissions helps facilitate campus visits for groups of up to 45 students who are affiliated with a high school, college access organization (CAO) or other community-based organization (CBO). Please complete this form at least 3 weeks prior to your requested visit date/time to inquire about availability, and someone from our team will be in touch with you within 5-7 business days (office closures may impact this response timeline). Submitting a request does not confirm your group visit.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DATES & TIMES:

We are only accepting requests for Summer 2026. Visits are scheduled on weekdays between 9:30am and 4pm.

Group visits cannot be scheduled for the following dates:

May 1 - May 31
June 9
June 19
July 3
August 17 - August 31

This form will be updated for the Fall in September. October, November, and December requests will be considered then.

The Yale Visitor Center and Office of Undergraduate Admissions invite you to explore our picturesque urban campus in New Haven, CT.

Your visit includes an Undergraduate Admissions Tour, which lasts 60 minutes and departs from the Yale Visitor Center (149 Elm Street). This tour is focused on the undergraduate student experience featuring the history of Yale College, our Residential College System, and Academics while highlighting resources on campus.

The Yale Visitor Center and Office of Undergraduate Admissions invite you to explore our picturesque urban campus in New Haven, CT.

Your visit includes an Undergraduate Admissions Tour, which lasts 60 minutes and departs from the Yale Visitor Center (149 Elm Street). This tour is focused on the undergraduate student experience featuring the history of Yale College, our Residential College System, and Academics while highlighting resources on campus.

You may also attend an Admissions and Aid Session, which is hosted by an admissions officer and last 30 minutes. These are available most weekdays at 10:30am and 1:00pm at SSS Hall (1 Prospect St) during the summer.
